Animal Assisted Play Therapy
Our therapy encompasses all age ranges to provide a unique therapeutic approach which is playful, fun and safe. Utilising a long established, evidence-based therapeutic intervention delivered by a British Association of Play Therapy (BAPT) qualified therapist.
Outdoor Family Play Therapy
Families thrive when they work together, and no one needs to face challenges alone. We specialise in supporting military families, kinship carers, adoptive families, and neurodiverse households. Discover the benefits of outdoor play therapy, where the whole family can grow and connect.
Therapeutic Life Story Work
Our 3D, nature-based approach goes beyond traditional methods. Life story work unfolds in natural settings, using real-life materials to physically map your journey. This prop-assisted therapy allows experiences to be recreated in nature, offering a richer and more immersive process compared to standard 2D methods like writing on paper.
Play and Filial Therapy
We specialise in supporting adopted and fostered children, young people, and adult children who have experienced significant trauma through play and filial therapy. Play therapy allows participants to express their experiences in a safe and supportive space. Filial therapy brings the family into the process, using an integrative approach centred around 'special play times' to strengthen attachments
and nurture closeness.
Positive Horsemanship & alternative education and learning
Providing people the opportunity to work in true partnership with horses. To learn ethologically
research-based body language and communication.
To gain new transferable skills to better read human non-verbal language, increased confidence and
better social relationships.
To provide bespoke alternative education packages for those of us who dont fit in mainstream services but are brilliant, innovative and amazing learners in the right environment
Eco Therapy
We provide the chance to engage in activities in a rural outdoor setting, surrounded by plants and animals, which bring significant benefits to health and wellbeing. Each activity is individually tailored to suit clients' interests, abilities, and pace. Focusing on personal and educational growth, we offer a variety of activities designed to enhance employability, social skills, and independence.
